A Message From Brandon Erdmann, President of HomeSealed:
I have a lot of experience in the home improvement industry, and I love serving my fellow Milwaukee area homeowners. It’s even in my blood, you might say. Both my wife Kristina and I come from families that have been involved in home improvement going back four generations.
Given this background, I naturally gravitated toward home exterior work. At the beginning of my career, I was working for other companies. I worked for a large successful company and I also observed how competitors conducted business.
While it wasn’t all bad, I’ve got to be honest: much of what I saw upset me. For one, most of the “big boys” were nothing more than sales and marketing machines. The goal was simple: sell the job at the highest possible price and move onto the next one.
What was best for the homeowner was not a top priority. Crucial things like follow through and high-quality installation and resolving customer concerns were also low priorities.
I thought – no, I KNEW – there was a better way to do business.
So, I founded HomeSealed more than a decade ago, and I insist we live up to the highest standards. Here are some examples of what I mean:
- Where other companies try to dominate homeowners using high-pressure sales tactics, we educate and let clients make up their own mind. We’re also always transparent about our quotes and the installation techniques we use.
- Our ownership & project consultants aren’t just “salespeople.” They have extensive hands-on jobsite experience, training and certifications.
- Where other companies have high turnover and low pay, we retain the best and treat them right.
- Where other companies use the lowest-bid sub-contractor to do the work, our head installers have decades of experience and a years-long track record with HomeSealed.
Another big difference – we’re fanatical about recommending the best products, especially for energy-efficiency. The savings that accrue on energy bills over time from the right products are significant. We feel it’s a disservice to recommend something that is a poor long-term investment.

My wife Kristina and I are raising a family right here in the Milwaukee area, and we see ourselves as a local family serving other local families. Instead of a big, impersonal company or a just “a guy and his truck,” we’re the company that’s big enough to be reliable but small enough to be personable.
