Marketing and Lead Coordinator

One of the leading brands in home improvement is seeking a full time Marketing & Event Coordinator to add to their team. The company provides installation of high energy efficient replacement window, siding, and exterior door products with a stellar 4.9 star reputation on service, product, and installation.

Availability/Hours: Monday-Friday Office Hours will vary between 8am-5pm, Saturdays 9am-1pm.  Availability to work and manage shows/events days, evenings, weekends, and intaking leads in office as needed.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will participate as member of a team of professional, dedicated employees managing internal and external marketing efforts. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Marketing Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.

Lead Coordinator  

Coordinate estimate appointments with client and project consultant to ensure client is overly impressed with our attention to detail and communication.  Ensure the clients are overly impressed with our customer service, timeliness in response, and friendly attitude.  Work toward 75% conversion of incoming leads to appointments.  Ensure project consultants and team have all the necessary information and materials needed to create an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a professional office setting for staff and clients.


  • Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Research, register and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities, including but not limited to social media and lead source management.
  • Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
  • Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.
  • Assist Communications Manager in updating office communications posted throughout the building, on our website, facebook, etc. including but not limited to the all bulletin boards, bathroom communications, and community televisions.
  • Document all costs associated with events/shows and calculate a cost per lead/per appointments and share findings with upper management after each show/event.
  • Maintain email lists, design and send graphics for internal and external communications.
  • Track customer complaints, forward to customer service and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage data as related to leads, appointments, bonus structures, etc.
  • Post daily and coordinate after pics and promotional photo/video shoots to showcase HomeSealed’s projects in a professional manner.
  • Assist in collating marketing materials for shows, events, mailings, etc.
  • Provide all training for marketers working shows and events and ensure all events are staffed properly and pre-plan “on call” team members in cases of emergency.
  • Maintain files for graphic related projects.
  • Update job knowledge and marketing trends by participating in educational opportunities (e.g. reading trade publications).
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests.
  • Maintain records of press coverage.
  • Any special projects given by Manger.

Experience Requirements

  • · Experience using Google Drive & Google Calendar is a must.
  • · Experience using Marketsharp a plus.
  • · Writing experience is a plus.

  • *Must have at least 2 years experience in appointment setting.
  • *Must have at least 2 years in coordinating event and/or marketing.


  • · Hourly plus bonuses.
  • · Health Insurance - HomeSealed covers 50% of individual.
  • · After one year of service receive 1 paid sick day.
  • · After one year of service receive 5 paid vacation days.
  • · After three + years of service receive 10 paid vacation days.
  • Total yearly # of paid and unpaid days off are 15 total.
